Five days built around one question: how does an ecosystem work — and how do we protect it? Students hike volcanic lava trails with naturalist guides, run field measurements in the rainforest, plant native trees in a real reforestation project, visit a wildlife rescue center and meet Costa Rican students their own age. Evenings include guided reflection and a night walk where the forest reveals its second shift.
